Project Proposal Form

Required for all experiments involving humans subjects (even if only observing), invertebrate or non-human animals, recombinant DNA, tissues, pathogenic agents, controlled substances or bacteria.

Complete And Submit Two Copies No Later Than The Day Your Final Science Fair Lab Report is Due

If you are useing humans you will need to complete this form

Submit Two Example Copies With Your Project Proposal Form

Submit All Signed Consent Forms With Your Lab Report

Abstract Form

Required for ALL Students Who Have Qualified For The Marin County Science Fair
(GP, 1st, and 2nd Places)

Complete And Submit Two Copies To Your Teacher
No Later Than Class on Wednesday February 1st

Only projects that meet the Abstract deadline can be entered
in the Marin County Science Fair
